I was born in 1977 and I have lived in Sevilla since I was three years old. At the moment I am a member of the Council of Coordination and of the State Citizens’ Council. I am a telecommunications engineer and a social anthropologist. I have a diploma in Electoral Observation from the University of Valencia and a diploma in the Design and Development of Drinkable Water Systems from UNESCO. I have been a consultant for the government of Rafael Correa and have designed and managed the network of Andalucia Digital Commitment to digital literacy, in collaboration with the Red Cross and sponsored by the Government of Andalucia. I have been a union delegate for the Andalucian Union of Workers (SAT) and I am currently a professional civil servant for the Government of Andalucia on leave of absence.
